Listing your tournament in our tournament directory gets you exposure to a large community of players, and best of all it’s totally free!
In order to list your tournament, we need (as a minimum) the following information – which you can give us by filling in the form below or by getting in touch on twitter @5asidecom (which is a great way of spreading word of your tournament anyway and we’ll be happy to retweet):
- The Date
- Location
- Type of football (i.e. 5-a-side, Futsal, 6-a-side)
- Age groups and Gender (e.g. Ladies 16+ . Please note that the directory is currently only available to list Teens and Adult tournaments)
- Entry fee
- Contact details
Other details can also be really useful. Typically, people will also want to know: if it is a charity competition; will there be prizes; what is the minimum number of games a team will play; what size of squad is permitted; is it on astroturf, grass or indoors?
In our experience, it also really helps bring attention to your tournament if you can include a flyer. This needn’t be too flashy, but something simple, with a picture and including the main details that we’ve given above, can be a really great way of not only getting people’s interest, but also getting them to share your tournament with their friends.
